reQall was my eye on the news
I'm a university student in my final year studying for my Bachelor of Commerce. I signed up for reQall a few months ago. Since then, I never forget anything. I even manage my time more efficiently.
I initially set up reQall to remind me on my Gmail account because I live on the computer. I had a very busy schedule this semester, especially in the past two weeks, in Accounting and Finance. Using reQall, I have been able to categorize my tasks and set deadlines for myself so that I not only get the assignments done...I have leisure time. Imagine that!
On top of this, I also own an iPod Touch, which makes using reQall even easier as I can add/edit on the fly. The interface with reQall is very simple to use. As soon as I log in, I see my tasks right on the front page. We have free Wi-Fi access for students on campus, so the first thing I do when I arrive is check my emails and check reQall on my iPod.
The great thing about reQall is that it lets me add, edit and view all tasks from one place and reminds me any way I like. I used to scribbble notes on envelopes, write on my hands or save a notepad file on the computer. I've even used reQall to help me remember the list of grocery items for shopping
One example of where reQall helped me is a project in International Business Finance. I had a presentation on fluctuation of the exchange rates for the Australian and US dollars. Since the project was based on contemporary news, I had to follow everything from the state of the economy, to any major trades between Australia and other countries. I used reQall to take notes when I saw snippets of important news on the Internet. I also used it to remind me to watch the National Nine News at 6 p.m. and the business news. You might say that reQall was my eye on the news.
