Smart short-cuts for smartphones

For iPhone and BlackBerry users, reQall not only helps you remember your tasks, but also helps you do them. reQall recognizes phone numbers, email addresses and URLs in reQall items as “actionable” content. That means you can initiate various actions (call, email, browse) right from within reQall. For example, if you have a To-Do that says, “Call Dave at 3:30 today,” you can make the call from within reQall instead of exiting the application to use your phone.

  • On the iPhone, if a reQall item includes actionable content you select the Actions icon at the bottom of the Details screen and bring up the Actions screen. Select the action you want and click to initiate it.
  • On the BlackBerry, if a reQall item includes actionable content you roll the trackball to highlight the content, click the trackball to select it, and select the appropriate menu item (“Call,” “Email” or “Get link”).

Touch to act—it won’t save the world, but it will make your life just a little bit easier.
