One of the most common requests we’ve heard since the introduction of reQall is, “Please make it sync with my calendar!” We’ve offered iCal synchronization for some time, but the iCal solution isn’t as direct and seamless as we’d like. With the introduction of reQall Pro we now offer true, easy-to-use calendar synchronization for two of the most popular calendar interfaces, Outlook and Google Calendar.

You can create items in reQall and have them automatically added to Outlook or Google Calendar. Any item with a date is added to Google Calendar. reQall meetings and tasks will be added to the Outlook Calendar and Tasks list respectively. In addition, if you edit an item in Outlook or Google that was originally created in reQall, the item will automatically be resynced to reQall so that the edits are reflected in your reQall account. The Outlook integration is done via a plug-in that’s easy to install, and the Google integration is directly with Google via a simple, one-click authorization process.

What this means is that reQall and your calendar are now partners in the quest to keep you organized. So when you bump into the boss in the elevator and she assigns you a new task, you can whip out your phone, tell reQall what you need to remember—and see it on your calendar when you get back to your desk.
