Should I sign up for reQall Pro or reQall Standard?
If you have an occasional need for help in remembering things and just want to give reQall a try, sign up for reQall Standard. You’ll still get a 15-day trial of the reQall Pro features. If you have a hectic life and know you need Pro's additional capability, then sign up for reQall Pro today. You’ll still get the first 15 days free and won’t have to remember to sign up later. If you change your mind in the first 15 days, just cancel your Pro subscription and you won’t be charged.

I’m signing up for a reQall Standard account. How does the 15-day reQall Pro trial work?
All new Standard users get a free, 15-day trial of the advanced features in reQall Pro. If you don’t need the features of reQall Pro, just do nothing. At the end of the trial, those features will be removed and you’ll have only the free Standard features. If you find that you are enjoying the reQall Pro features, go to My Account to subscribe to Pro.

I’m signing up for a reQall Pro account. Do I still get a free trial?
Yes! All new Pro users get their first 15-days free. We won’t charge your card until the trial ends.

I signed up for Pro, but I changed my mind during the first 15 days. Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes! Go to My Account and cancel before the end of your 15-day trial. Your card will NOT be charged, and your account will revert to a Standard account.

How much does reQall cost?
reQall Standard is free. A reQall Pro subscription costs $2.99 per month or $24.99 per year. The downloadable iPhone and BlackBerry applications are both free and work with either a Standard or Pro account.

What’s the difference between reQall Standard and reQall Pro?
reQall Standard is our free service. It lets you organize tasks, ideas and important notes in one place and have reminders delivered at the right time. reQall Pro is a paid service that offers a cutting-edge memory system with advanced features such as locations, voice-to-calendar integration and a pro-active Memory Jogger to boost productivity and maximize your memory. I’m already a reQall user. How do I get reQall Pro?
Go to the My Account page and sign up for a monthly or annual subscription.

How does the billing work for a reQall Pro account?
The reQall Pro subscription fee is billed to your credit card each year/month (based on the term you select) at the rate then in effect. You may cancel at any time. Payments are non-refundable. For yearly renewals, we will send an email reminder before your subscription is renewed. In addition, we will notify you 30 days in advance of any rate changes. What is the policy for refunds, exchanges or cancellations?
You may cancel your account at any time. There are no refunds or exchanges for payments that have already been made.

I just signed up for reQall Standard. I don’t want reQall Pro. What do I do?
You don’t need to do anything. The reQall Pro features will be removed from your account at the end of the trial period.

Will my items be changed or deleted if I try the Pro features and decide not to sign up?
No. Your items will not be deleted or changed. However, you will no longer be able to access certain pieces of information attached to your reminders, such as their associated Place. This data is available to you if you decide to upgrade to reQall Pro in the future.

I use reQall for iPhone. How does reQall Pro affect me?
You can use our free, downloadable reQall for iPhone software with either a Standard or a Pro account. iPhone users get many benefits from having a reQall Pro account, because reQall Pro takes advantage of iPhone features such as location-sensing, push notifications and eyes-free recording.

I use reQall for BlackBerry. How does reQall Pro affect me?
You can use our free, downloadable reQall for BlackBerry software with either a Standard or a Pro account. BlackBerry users get many benefits from having a reQall Pro account, because reQall takes advantage of BlackBerry features such as GPS and provides integration with Outlook and Google Calendar.

Why should I upgrade to reQall Pro?
So that you can take advantage of these exclusive reQall Pro capabilities that help you stay organized and productive:

• Add items to Google Calendar and Outlook by voice.
• Have the Memory Jogger automatically show you a list of items relevant to your current location and items on your calendar.
