Location, location, location

A voice that announces, “Turn left in 2.3 miles” from your dashboard isn’t the only use for GPS (global positioning system) technology. reQall Pro uses GPS to let you associate Places (such as your home, office or local grocery store) with the tasks that need to be accomplished there. reQall comes with two default Places—Home and Work—and you can create as many other Places as you like.

When you're at home or work or any of your other Places, tell reQall for iPhone or BlackBerry to use your current GPS location with that Place. Then reQall can provide a continuously updated list of nearby items on the Here and Now screen. When your location changes, so does your list of items! You’ll save time, money and fuel because you’ll remember all the things you need to do in a given location and avoid multiple trips.

And here’s a special feat of organizational wizardry: when you create “Places” they don’t have to have a location at all. You can create Places called “Internet,” or “Client X” or “Project PDQ” without associating any geo-coordinates to the name. Assign all the tasks for Project PDQ to that “Place” and they’ll always be grouped and displayed together, even though they don’t share a geographic location. It’s a great way to cut through the clutter and focus your mind and your efforts.
