During Your use of the reQall or speaQ service, You may transmit certain audio recordings, communcations or information to QTech (“Audio Commnunications”).

• QTech’s primary purpose of collecting and using the Contact Information is to provide You with a smooth, efficient and customized experience when using the QTech Services. We may use the Contact Information to provide customer support and troubleshoot problems. We may also use the Contact Information to send you information related to your account or other QTech Service offerings and other promotional offerings.
• QTech’s primary purpose of using and transmitting any Audio Communications is in order to provide You with the QTech Services.
• In addition, the Services may include relevant advertising and related links based on Your location, Your call history and other information related to Your use of the Services.
