Get organized with a little help from reQall
reQall isn’t just a pretty (inter)face—it’s got brains, too. When you add an item, reQall analyzes what you’ve typed or said and organizes your item for you based on the words you’ve used. reQall figures out:
- whether the item is a To-Do, Note or Shopping List item
- whether the item should be shared
- who the item should be shared with
- when the item is supposed to be done
- whether (and how often) the item repeats
For example, most organizers make you laboriously enter dates and times one piece at a time. With reQall, if you say, “Coffee with Jane every Thursday at three pm,” reQall knows that this is a To-Do item, figures out what dates you meant by “every Thursday,” and adds the item to your calendar for Thursdays at 3:00 p.m. Likewise, if you say, “Ask Sam to buy bananas and strawberries on Saturday,” reQall knows that this is a Shopping List item, that it should be sent to Sam and that it needs to be added to Sam’s To-Dos for Saturday. For a full list of the keywords reQall understands, see the reQall Quick Start Guide.
