Where can I use reQall?
You can use reQall from any phone (including mobile phones, iPhones and BlackBerry smartphones), web browsers, AIM, Jabber, Google Talk and Yahoo Instant Messenger.

I have an account. How do I use reQall?
If you're in the U.S. or Canada, the easiest way to start using reQall is to call reQall, and add an item. When reQall answers, just say “add” and then say what you want to remember. Throughout the world, you can add and manage items on the web or on your iPhone or BlackBerry. Also, check out these other ways to use reQall: email, IM, and others.

How can reQall help me remember when I need to?
reQall has lots of different ways to help your memory whenever you need it, wherever you are. The reQall Memory JoggerTM constantly watches for opportunities to keep you well-prepared and memory-strong. It analyzes your situation—looking at the current time, your current location and the upcoming items on your calendar—predicts when you’ll forget, and automatically delivers timely, relevant memory assistance.

If you go to the Notifications tab on the Settings page of the reQall website, you can choose to use email, text messages and instant messages to aid your memory. reQall can send you a notice when you add something via the phone and can send you reminders before something is due. You can also get a daily memory jog, kind of a daily to-do list. reQall can also regularly send you a EureQa! jog using the same methods you've chosen for reminders.

I called reQall and signed up. How do I log in to my account on the web?
When you register via the phone, a text message is sent to you. The text message has your password. Use the phone number you called from and the password to log in. If you don't have that text message or didn't receive it, contact customer support for help.

How do I change my password?
You can change your password by going to the My Profile tab on the Settings page of the reQall website.

What if I forget my password?
If you’ve provided your email address to reQall, go to the login page on the reQall website. Enter your user name, phone number or email address. Then click "Email my password." If you haven’t provided your email address to reQall, contact customer support for help.

Can I call reQall from any phone?
Absolutely! There are a couple of ways to do this. You can add up to 5 phone numbers to your reQall account by going to the Phone Access tab on the Settings page of the website. reQall will then recognize you when you call from any of those numbers. By the way, a phone number registered by one user can't be used by another.

If you want to call from other numbers (say a pay phone in an airport or the phone at your mom's house), you can add a PIN to your reQall account. The PIN allows you to call from any number, but keeps other people (like your mom or spouse) from getting into your reQall account. You can create a pin on the Phone Access tab of the Settings page on the reQall website. Note that if you create a PIN you will always have to use it, even when calling from one of your registered phone numbers.

I'm in Canada, and reQall doesn't recognize me when I call. What can I do?
reQall uses caller ID to recognize you when you call. Previously, reQall used an 800 number in Canada, and some wireless carriers in Canada don’t provide a valid caller ID on 800 numbers. We now offer local Canadian numbers that allow us to recognize you.

Will reQall's location services work with all GPS-enabled devices?
reQall will work with all GPS-enabled devices except those provided by Verizon. Verizon requires applications to be approved to use the GPS hardware on any Verizon BlackBerry. reQall has been trying to obtain this approval for many months. We recommend that users contact Verizon directly.

How can I chat with reQall via IM?
Make sure reQall knows your IM address by entering it on the IM Access tab on the Settings page on the website. Then add "reqall" to your IM buddy list in AIM or Yahoo Messenger. For Jabber or Google Talk, add "reqall@im.reqall.com" to your buddy list. Start a conversation with reQall by saying “help” and reQall will tell you what it understands.
